Norway Rats
Large rodent that tends to inhabit crawlspaces and burrow holes in the ground. These rats are very destructive and carry diseases. A thorough inspection is required to find their entry points. A detailed graph and bid for repairs will be documented on the estimate. Rats can be eliminated in 3-4 services. Trapping programs are warrantied with a continual service plan.
Mice
These small rodents will live anywhere that is available and safe from prey. What mice lack in intelligence, they make up for in numbers. If left un-checked they can be very destructive, and also carry diseases. Mice can be eliminated in 3-4 services. Service plans are suggested when dealing with mice as they tend to find their way in through the smallest of gaps or holes, even after repairs have been completed.
Roof Rats
Roof Rats are nimble rodents that prefer to live off the ground and can typically be found in attic spaces. These rats are smaller than Norway Rats but just as destructive and costly.
